How did we introduce foreign pests into our agricultural systems like #Thrips #White flies #Fruits flies #False codling moth and #Fall army worm? which is about to collapse our agricultural systems in Ghana. Are we having the right caliber of staff at Ministry of Food & Agriculture and Plant Protections and Regulatory Services Department (PPRSD) and at Ghana ports of entry and departure, they are the least regarded state officials for seeds and chemical inspection
